About us
Appleby Care is a CQC registered Domiciliary Care service provider. We provide home health person-centred care for ages 18 to 65 and over, individuals with dementia, mental health conditions, personal care needs, physical disabilities, sensory impairments and substance misuse problems. Appleby Care brings in a wealth of combined care and support experience spanning over 15 years in its management and care professionals. It provides Passionate Caring to meet its clients' needs each day of the week as agreed in the unique individual care plans.

LIVE-IN CARE and SUPPORT
Appleby Care provides live - in care and support through its care professionals who live with clients in the same home providing care and support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in line with the agreed personalised care plan. As they are in the client's home, our care professionals will assist with many tasks like prompting clients to engage with activities of daily living including:
